Free Term Life Insurance – Legal Disclaimer
The information provided on our website is accurate based on current available data. We have made every effort to ensure that our website contains the most accurate and current information available.
The source of any information is subject to error and information is subject to change over time. For this reason we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. Please contact us if you believe any of the information on this website to be in any way false or inaccurate.
Insurance rates provided by phone, fax, email, U.S. mail, or online are estimates. Insurance rate estimates will reflect pricing for the best rate class available for a given life insurance product as of the date that any rate comparison is prepared. Estimated rates provided are based on information provided to us by you and by various insurance companies. Final rates and availability are subject to underwriting approval by the insurance company selected. Qualifications and criteria can vary widely among insurance companies. Any and all required applications, illustrations, supplemental forms and any other necessary documents will need to be provided as soon in the process as they become necessary to the application, review and underwriting process.
Policy forms, rates, plans and availability vary by state. Rates on most level term life insurance plans typically increase annually after the initial guarantee period ends. Initial guarantee periods vary and can range from 1 to 30 years depending on the product you select. An insurer can change availability of premium rates and policy forms at any time without prior notice. Misstatement, misrepresentation or suicide restrictions may apply.
Invitation or solicitation of application for life insurance will only be made in jurisdictions in which FreeTermLifeInsuranceQuote or its principals are licensed. FreeTermLifeInsuranceQuote will only provide quotes from Life Insurance companies with whom we are appointed and whose rates are provided, illustrated and/or approximated by phone, fax, email or U.S. mail. Licenses are available upon request and are automatically provided when required.
If information is provided inadvertently to any person or company in a jurisdiction in which either is not duly licensed and/or appointed, such information should be discarded (and treated as a clerical error) and you should seek a qualified, licensed, and appointed representative to assist you.
We may occasionally provide premium rates, features, financial strength ratings, and/or other information about certain companies and products for which we are not appointed to sell. This information is provided as a courtesy and should not be construed as a solicitation or invitation for application for the sale of such products.
With respect to application requests, the application request form is not an application, but rather a request for an application.
By completing a quote request provided by FreeTermLifeInsuranceQuote, you agree and understand that we may contact you via phone, mail or email to follow up regarding your request for a life insurance quote for the purpose of verifying information and to provide you with the most accurate life insurance quote possible.
Once a quote request form with FreeTermLifeInsuranceQuote is completed, you are initiating a relationship with FreeTermLifeInsuranceQuote and its affiliate partners (as defined by the National Do Not Call Registry), inviting and consenting to the receipt of information which may be provided to you online, by fax, phone, email or U.S. mail. In doing so are indefinitely waiving any right to claim that FreeTermLifeInsuranceQuote or its principals or affiliates contacted you without your express consent. At any time we will immediately honor any request to be placed on our do not call list.
Only when a completed and signed hard copy of the life insurance application has been received by the insurance company, will the process of underwriting (risk assessment) commence.
In conjunction with any formal application for insurance, except as may be provided in a properly-executed Conditional Receipt, no coverage is in force until the insured has received the issued policy, paid the premium and completed any other policy delivery requirements that might be required by the insurance company. If there is any question, concern or ambiguity regarding this issue, please refer to the language on the insurance company’s application form.
In order to maintain existing insurance protection, we advise all proposed insureds NOT to cancel any existing coverage UNTIL they have received their new policy from the issuing company and found it to be satisfactory. NEVER cancel the existing coverage until the new policy is approved, in force, delivered and paid for.
